There was room in the U-Haul for more stuff, but we were only taking what we knew we’d use. It was packed well and nothing moved the whole 1500 mile drive.

We took a break at a “historical marker” in Wisconsin. The ridge was mined for iron ore in the 1800s.

This is around 10:30AM and that’s the sun, not the moon.. Forest fires burning close enough to make the atmosphere hazy but not smoky down here.
